PHOTOBOOTH

Where will Matty and Vee travel to?

We are based in Fife KY11 20 mins outside Edinburgh over the Forth Bridge. We are ideally placed to attend events in Fife, Edinburgh, Perth and Glasgow. Travel within a 30 mile radius of KY11 is free there after it is 80 pence per mile.

How do I book?

Please either complete the online enquiry form, call 07975 808388 or email mattyandvee@gmail.com to secure your preferred date we will need your event date, time and location together with a non-refundable deposit of £50.

How much space is needed?

Please check with your venue that they are happy for Vee to be onsite. Vee is approx 11 foot in length and 6feet wide but will also require space to be driven into the venue and sufficient space for people to get in and out of the caravan comfortably.

What about electricity?

Ideally a PowerPoint within 20 metres of where Vee will be parked would be great. However, she can use battery power if there is no socket available.

What about safety?

All appliances are PAT tested, booth attendants have a PVG and the caravan has public liability and accidental damage insurance

How many People can fit in the booth?

Two – three people can fit easily into the caravan or if the group don’t mind a close group shot six people can be taken in a group shot.

What happens if the caravan or equipment is damaged?

When booking you are asked to pay a £250 damage deposit. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred the cost of any repairs will be deducted from your deposit. Assuming there is no damage the deposit will be returned to you in full within seven days of the event finishing.

VINTAGE HIRE

How do I book and is there a deposit?

When booking you will be asked for a 50% of the hire charge deposit to secure your preferred items. The remaining balance becomes due 30 days before your event together with a separate £100 deposit to cover damage. The damage deposit is returned in full, assuming no damage has occurred, within seven working days of the hire period finishing.

Do you deliver or can I collect?

We can deliver and collect items usually within a 20 mile radius of KY11 at a charge of 80p per mile. Longer distances will be considered. You are also welcome to pre-arrange to collect any hired items in person.

How long is the hire period?

The standard hire period is 1-3 days. Longer periods can be arranged prior to your event and subject to availability.

What if something is damaged?

When you book you pay a £100 damage deposit. Any damage or loss must be paid for and will be deducted from this deposit. You are asked to check and sign for items when they are delivered and collected.

Is there a minimum order?

If you are not collecting the items in person there is a minimum order of £25.
